Well, since October has come and gone and I have totally ignored my Blog, I thought that I would just post a few highlights from the month.

We did a photo shoot at High Maintenance Studio 62. The entries were submitted to Inspire Magazine which is a leader in Hair Fashion. The stylists Jackie and Susan and make-up artist Larissa showed their creativity and innovative style for an upcoming publication featuring ‘Updos’. Stay tuned for more news!!

NYC Flash Photography and Lighting Workshop with Neil Van Niekerk.
The workshop began at 9:00 am in Studio. We then headed over to the Meatpacking District with beautiful models Anelisa and Aleona.
We worked with off camera flash in hard light as well as balancing flash with ambient. We then headed back to the studio and explored different techniques using LED video lights and simple lighting setups in Studio Photography. Here are a few from the day!

I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful child last weekend. What a SWEETIE!!! It was so enjoyable. Couldn’t you just eat her up.
